Dear One, Have you considered the meaning of the word Dear with which we begin our messages, with which you often begin your own correspondence? So often human beings read and write, as well as speak, without awareness. Without being aware of the meaning of the words they use. Angels are poets. Every word has a meaning, a place. The definition of the word Dear is: Much loved. Precious. Beloved. Much valued. Highly esteemed.
ARE you esteeming those to whom you write? Do you consider what you are saying and how it may be received by another? Or do you only consider how to protect yourself? Are your words walls that keep you from others or bridges that unite you? Are your words arrows meant to pierce another's heart? Are your words coming from your heart or your head? What is your intent upon writing? Is your highest intent to commune with great respect and love?
When you speak, you don't have so much time to consider what you are saying and so your words may come out of your mouth before you think. This is not so when you write. When you write you have time to consider the message you are conveying. You can share your writing with another person and ask for their guidance before sending it. You can meditate upon the words you have written. This is the gift that comes with writing. Do you use this gift?
WHY do you write, instead of speaking to the person, if speaking is an option? Perhaps it is to gather your thoughts and say things in the kindest way. Perhaps it is because you are afraid of confrontation. Perhaps it is because you are angry or wanting to put distance between you and another. Perhaps you do not want to face something inside yourself. Perhaps you want something from that other person.
It is important to know why you are writing, what your intent is. This is having an honest relationship with yourself. If you cannot have an honest relationship with yourself, how can you with another? You do not want your ego speaking for you, do you?
The most important part of your human incarnation is relationship. You are always in relationship to someone or something. The most significant relationship for angels is with God. Angels exist in a perfect and harmonious relationship with God, and thus with all of God's creation.
As a human being, you are here to come into harmony with all aspects of creation. Wherever there is the least bit of darkness, negative emotions, harsh judgments and non-acceptance, you can be sure your soul is not in harmony, that you are still existing in separation from God. Imagine a piano tuner tuning a piano. When all the keys are in perfect tune, the piano tuners job is done. For so long as there remains even one key out of tune, the piano tuner must keep on working.
This is as it is for you as a human being. Your piano is out of tune. It is being tuned right now, in this incarnation. So you can see why relationships are so important. Just as you cannot play a perfect symphony upon an untuned piano, neither can you know God when you are out of tune.
When angels address you as, Dear, we consider what it means. We do not use it lightly - for this is what you are to us: Dear. Much loved. Precious. Beloved. Much valued. Highly esteemed. This is how angels always address you, with great love and great respect. Angels never talk down to you. Angels speak only with compassion. Angels speak with the voice of God.
Every word you speak comes back to you. Every word you write comes back to you. This is the law of karma. Have you considered this? When you do, you will be more careful with others. You will do as the Golden Rule cautions: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. -Matthew 7:12 KJV
Here is a simple, rule-of-thumb guide for behavior: Ask yourself what you want people to do for you, then grab the initiative and do it for them. Add up God’s Law and Prophets and this is what you get. -Matthew 7:12 The Message (MSG)

This is also called the Ethic of Reciprocity and can be found in every culture upon earth. Why? Because it is God's rule which is instilled into every human soul, like a treasure. Throughout incarnations you seek that treasure, even when you do not know you are seeking it. Through seeking this treasure, you learn to honor the Golden Rule. You learn through your thoughts, words, and deeds. You learn that what you give out comes back to you. You learn compassion; what it means to hurt another. You learn that you are all ONE, as we also address you in each message. When one is harmed, all are harmed. When one is helped, all are helped.
So, ask yourself: Is this the way I would want someone to treat me? How would I feel if someone wrote that to me? Read over what you have written, as if it was written to you. How do you feel? What happens inside you? Have you been clear and compassionate? Have you built a wall around yourself? Have you created a bridge of open-hearted communication? Have you told the other person how they should feel or what they should do? Have you left it open for the other person to decide what to do and feel and how to react? Are you trying to win or be in control? Are you creating an enemy? Are you seeing another person or situation as an enemy?
You can also do this when you have spoken to someone else in a way that leaves you feeling uncomfortable. You can ask yourself the same questions. You can contemplate: How would I feel if someone talked to me the way I talk to them? You can become your own teacher. You can come closer to the Golden Rule The closer you come to the Golden Rule, the closer you come to yourself, to others, and to God. Isn't this what your incarnation is about? Coming closer.
All love, Your Guardian angel and all the angels
