CHRISTMAS 2022

For those of you who take a moment to visit, here is a Christmas Angel I made.

This Christmas season in the states has been very cold ... something called a cyclone bomb. Blowing frigid air and snow. 

Where I live, we didn't get so much snow, but the temperatures have been as much as 30 below zero. I have never experienced such cold before.

It makes me more grateful for a warm home and enough food. My power did go out for a while, which means no heat. And I thought of people in Ukraine who are going through winter with no heat, no water, not enough food. I wish them well from afar. War is a horrible thing.

We must widen our circle of acceptance to include all the suffering there is ... and so allow it to be transformed into love. In this way, we serve as angels serve, by being positive transformers. 

We can only accept our limitations, our inability to change what is beyond our control ... especially in a country far away where insanity has taken over. The cruelty and greed of one man ... only one man ... is enough to send human beings to be killed and kill other human beings in a terrible useless war.

There has always been war, for as long as human memory can remember. While we cannot stop the wars outside of us ... we can see the wars we fight within. What we See ... become aware of ... can be changed. Something Higher than our small will can enter into us and transform darkness into light.

So be of good cheer. It is of no use to become depressed over things you cannot control. As the angels always say ... Be of Good Cheer. Goodness and Cheerfulness have a power to help heal and transform ... while depression and hopelessness can only duplicate themselves over and over.

Fear Not

A picture of a new stamp that JP, one of our classmates, sent me from Germany today. So perfect with the Biblical message of the angels, which I often quote: Fear Not.

The entire phrase on the stamp, for those of you who don’t know German, is… The message of the Angels: Fear Not. 

The messages of the angels are everywhere. And what would the angels be telling us during these difficult times, if they could broadcast a message across the skies? Fear Not. (Weihnachten means Christmas 2021)

Keep the Season Holy

This Christmas and holiday season, you are offered a gentle reminder to spend your energy wisely. Respect yourself and your money. This means living within—or even better—below—your means, so that you do not place unnecessary burdens upon yourself or create debt.

If you find yourself feeling lonely or stressed, wanting to give gifts you can't afford, or receive gifts that are not coming your way, remind yourself, "Now is enough." When you experience any sense of lack, loss, fear, or limitation, tell yourself that now is enough.

There is no fear or limitation when you know that you are enough, that there is nothing that can be added to you that would make you more.
The only thing you have to share with anyone is your own state of being. Many people want to uplift the world, but live in such anxiety that this is what they end up sharing. We can uplift the world only to the extent that we live expansive uplifted lives.
   

Happiness as defined by the mind can lead only to unhappiness, because the mind can never be satisfied. As soon as one desire is achieved, the mind creates another.

    
This Christmas and holiday season remember that you are enough. So is every other human being, whether they know it or not.

The Gift of the Present Moment

During this beautiful holy season when so many
different celebrations of Light are taking place, I
wish you the peace in your heart and soul that
comes not from anything outside, but from the 

inner celebration of your soul connecting with
Light, with Truth, with all things Holy.

I wish for you the gift of knowing that joy comes
from within, from your connection to all things
good and holy, which come from Truth or God or
Whatever Name you give to the Infinite Source 

from which all things flow.

Let’s not join a world that fights over what name
to call God. A rose by any name at all remains a
rose, and the Infinite Source by any name at all
remains LIGHT.

Let’s try to remember to stay in the present
moment, which is the greatest present of all.
Notice when you are talking about the past. Ask
yourself: Who is doing the talking? Is it ego? Ask
yourself: Is it relevant to NOW?

Look around you. Be aware. Are you aware of
how your words are affecting the people around

you, or are you too caught up in your own ego to
notice?

The ego doesn’t care about the present, and it has
no presents to give anyone, no matter how much
money it has or how many gifts it can buy. The
ego is always the sun of its own universe. The ego
is a universe unto itself.

So give yourself the gift of remembering to stay in
the Present Moment. Here is where you find Eternity.
Here is where Love is. Here is Truth.

Stay out of the past. Stay out of the future. Just
choose to stop living there—that is not real life. It
is the ego getting high over what isn’t real. The ego
is an addict, always getting high, getting low.

You are not here for the highs and lows. You are
here for the Present. In this Present Moment shines
the Light of all Wisdom, all Compassion, all Love.
You can enter that Light now. Ego can never enter 

that Light, because ego is made of dark. Just as 

darkness dissolves when the light is turned on, so 

does the ignorance of ego dissolve in the Light of 

Understanding—and it's a choice. You must choose 

to willingly allow the unreal to dissolve in the Light 

of Truth.
