Say NO! to painful thoughts

 

When you stop looking outward and blaming others for your inner pain, you can heal more quickly. You can become consciously aware of the negative thoughts that persuade you that you must continue to suffer for something that happened yesterday or might happen tomorrow. You can say NO! to those thoughts. You do not have to allow them entrance into your psyche, your private place, the most sacred penetralia of your mind that belongs to you and you alone. No thought has the right of entrance unless you permit it.  - Lesson One, Conscious Awareness

When you mindlessly believe what you have been taught or conditioned to believe, you are letting others do your thinking for you. This keeps you imprisoned by other people's thoughts. It takes courage to think creatively, to think ‘outside the box’ in ever-evolving circles, curves, swirls, mandalas, and lines that expand into infinity—and finally, to realize there is no box at all.

Be willing to be courageous! Be willing to give up false ideas of lack, loss, fear, and limitation! Be willing to live your True Magnificence!

Be Where Your Body Is!

A Holy Man once said to a woman, “Stop thinking. This body needs you. When you are thinking and thinking, you are away. You are outside your body.”

Divine Love

Everything is contained within a vast awareness that holds you, even when you disappear in deep sleep. Even in life. Even in death. This awareness is not different from love. This love is not a love you can give to anyone, because it is not yours. You belong to love. Love does not belong to you. Divine love is pure awareness. Human love is a tiny reflection of divine love. Just as stars disappear in the light of the sun, so does human love disappear in the light of Divine Love.

Our Classroom is a Mirror in which to SEE

     Dearest Students, you might wonder why I so often change the look and feel of Your Open Classroom. Everything about our school is under the divine guidance of Angels who are under the divine guidance of God. Everything in our school happens by this divine design. When you consciously enter the realm of Angels, you are entering a very special place, leaving behind the unreal world for the real world.

     I change the design of our classroom partly because I am creative and I love to create -- fortunately, this goes well with the wishes of the angels. Angels are made of light and color and sound. They have no form as we know form, although when we 'see' them we often see a human form of great beauty. Angels can assume any form necessary to carry out their work and to relate to us. For instance, angels have chosen the form of this school. They choose the form of these words. They choose the form of angel readings, talks, and seminars.

     Even you change form. You grow from a baby to child to a teenager to an adult and eventually reach old age. Your face changes form moment to moment. Everything on earth changes constantly.

     Your classroom reflects the changes. The changes here show us that we cannot, must not, get attached to any one form, to anything at all. We can flow with the changes. We can open our classroom to a completely different look and be surprised.

     Yes, the changes here and in our school are like the world we live in. They remind us that nothing of this world is forever. There is a forever though. It is inside you. It is your true and eternal nature. It is why you have incarnated upon the earth in many different forms, in the form you are in today -- to allow your soul to evolve.

     Just as a mother and a father want to provide the best learning possibilities for their children, maybe trips to the museum, piano lessons, a good school, along with teaching them how to be right children, how to help in the home, be polite and kind, get along with others -- so do the angels want to provide the best learning environment for you. So do you want to provide the best learning environment for your precious soul!

     Your soul needs to grow. It wants to grow. It wants to learn and evolve. It wants to be saturated with many learning opportunities. It wants to know what is right and true. Your soul seeks lessons so that it might grow into wholeness. It is up to you to provide the best learning opportunities for your soul. It is up to you. This is your spiritual responsibility.

     And so we provide for you an ever-changing open classroom. Always open. Just as your heart ought to be. Always changing. Just as the world you live in is. Always creative, just as God and angels are. Always here for you. Now. In the present moment.

     What you do here is up to you. As I have said, I am both teacher and student here. As a teacher, I offer you the guidance of the angels. I can offer this because of the life experiences (and near-death experiences!) that have made me a conduit for relaying the energy of the angels.

     As a student, I show up here, just as I ask you to do. I show up for myself. I show up for my own soul. Right now, I am writing these words alone here in our classroom. And yet I am not alone. The thought of each of you is with me. I hold you and see you in my heart as I write. The angels are with me. God is with me. This classroom is never empty. It is always filled with the energy of the angels and God.

     When we keep showing up for Truth, Truth shows up for us. Not as mere words, though at times they may seem like mere words. They are words that mirror the Truth back to us. The angels hold up the mirror of Truth for us and keep on holding it and holding it. We must show up and look. We must learn to SEE, not with the mind, but with the Heart. Then we will be free.

    The concept of angels exists throughout time, religions,
cultures, and peoples. Many people have had experiences
of angels. Once you have an experience of an angel, you
never can forget it.
   
    A vision of an angel is a vision of unforgettable light,
love, and beauty. Angels guide us to God. Angels are
Guardians, Protectors, and Messengers of Light.
   
    Angels have many kinds of jobs, and they love working.
An angel at work is like a child at play. Angels love working
because they love serving God.
   
    Angels never complain because they know that to
complain = pain. Angels accept what they cannot change.
This gives them the energy to change what is theirs to
change.

    All negativity is pain. All untruth is pain.

    It takes many lifetimes finally to begin to see the
pain of a human life lived in separation from God. Those
who refuse to see this are those who want to continue to
hold themselves above and separate from God. This is
the state of the world today — human egos living separate
from God, from each other, in hubris and arrogance.

    You are not here to be part of the world that man has
created in his own image. You are in the world, but you
are not of the world.

    Never forget this. Forgetting draws one into the
darkness, into the fear that comes when one forgets. You
are in the world, where your soul journey has taken you
for now, and you are not of the world. You are of God.

    You must use every moment — every moment —
to find out what you are not. When you find out what you
are not, what remains is the Clear Light of Understanding.

    Do not falter. Do not give up When you falter or give
up, start again, from where you are. Say NO! to all negative
voices, wherever they come from. So NO! to all negative
emotions that arise from negative thoughts.

    Each moment is simply a matter of choice. Choose
well, or choose hell. Hell is not a place you go when you die.
Hell is a state we live in each time we choose to believe
a negative hurtful thought, remark, or situation.

    Angels say — you are not here to be a bline believer. You
are here to find out for yourself what is true by your own
experience. This is the way to freedom. Believe only what
you KNOW to be true from your own experience.

    Truth is a deep inner knowing that arises from a
place higher and deeper than mind can travel. Go there!

The angels say . . .

 you come to this place in life where there are fewer people you can talk to about what's most important because what's most important to them in something else, and still you must be kind and polite because that is the hallmark of a spiritual being: to be in the world as harmlessly as possible, without being of the world. 

to be of the world, is to be of the mental, emotional, and spiritual pain that permeates the world. It is to believe you are a mental, emotional, physical being, and nothing more. 

to be in the world, without being of the world, is to accept what is, what you cannot change, and let yourself be changed so that you can come into harmony with what IS. 

to be of the world means you are composed of what the world is composed of - and, no, we do not mean beautiful nature, beautiful Mother Earth -- we mean what man has made of the world. God created man in God's image. Man turned from that image -- turned from the Self, from Truth, Love, Reality -- and turned towards the outer.

the outer was hollow, empty, devoid of the fullness of God, and so the world man created was also empty. It was shallow, without substance. It was a mere image -- a delusion. Man threw a veil of maya over the world and called it good. 

and so separation was born. So ego was born. So the false self was born. God has told us that we should have no false images before God, but man in his arrogance and hubris, turned a deaf ear to all that was truly good, and continued to call bad good, and good bad.

and so confusion was born. And darkness fell upon the face of the earth and this is where man chose to dwell

now this darkness is strong upon the face of the earth -- a dark veil of maya -- through which human beings cannot see

if they could see, they would see that the veil is illusion. It does not exist. It is not there. Man cannot see this because his eyes are closed, even while he believes they are open. He is asleep even while he believes he is awake.

only by admitting, realizing, and eventually knowing -- I am asleep -- can man awaken -- this is a beginning, to say, acknowledge and eventually realize -- I am asleep -- for that is where the awakening can begin.

what does it mean to be asleep? -- to be unconscious and unaware -- to believe one is good when one is bad -- to believe one thinks only of others best interest, when one thinks only of self-interest -- to believe one does good, when one does not. It means the inability to look into one's own darkness and see the selfishness there, the anger and hatred, the fear and anxiety, the total lack of surrender to God.

are these hard words? They are hard only for an ego wanting to hold onto its false image of itself as true, good, and lasting. For the true self, these are soft words. Gentle words. Opening the heart words. Truth always opens the heart.

the ego or false self will use these words to contract, close up, go into itself in suspicion and anger, to go more into darkness. The real self will use these words to SEE - to watch the ego closing up -- the true self will watch carefully -- and learn all the dark ways of the ego -- and it will know . . .

Neti! Neti! Not this! Not that! I am not that. That is not my true nature. That is darkness masquerading as light. That is badness pretending to be good. That is a false invader in my life, trying to persuade me that it is I. It is not I. I am not that. Neti! Neti!

I  AM. Always and forever, before the beginning of time, I AM. Time can cease. Time can come to an end. I never can. Truth IS.  Eternal. Without beginning or end. And so it IS. And it is Good. It is God.

Let Your Light Shine

Within you is a beautiful light. Many lights. All of these lights are not lit. That’s where the dark is. Wherever we are dark, we can’t see. What we can’t see, we can’t understand. What we can’t understand, we fear. Ask God for more light. Most people don’t really want more light because that means greater spiritual responsibility. It means you can’t hide out in the dark anymore. It means you have to grow up and become a true spiritual being. It means you will change. On the inside. Where it counts. It means that who you think you are will vanish in the clear light of Truth. Be brave. Let the false vanish. What remains will be true.

Angel Sighting

In case you were hoping to see an angel today, your wish is granted. Smile. At least this is someone's idea of an angel, and it is quite lovely. It is 4th of July here in the USA, so there will be celebrating with picnics and fireworks and for some their idea of a good time is getting drunk. For us as spiritual beings, our idea of a good time is the sparkling radiance of God that is all around and within us and everything. Today try looking beyond the physical objects you see to the the aura or energy field that surrounds each physical object. Even an earthworm has its own aura. Trees have wonderful auras. And then there are the beings who are invisible to our eyes, like little nature beings and tree spirits and such, who shine with their own light and color. If we could see with our true vision, we'd see a sparkling radiating world - at least in nature. In the world of humankind - well, there would also be those dark and shadow energies because so many humans so often live amongst the shadows of negative thoughts and emotions, which never manifest in light ways, only dark. So spending time in nature is a clear and simple way to spend time with the Light.

Wishing you all the freedom in your heart and soul, as the USA celebrates its independence from Britain so long ago. Hmm. And what is Britain celebrating? Getting free from the European Union? We shall see what will be. In the meantime, remember - you are in the world, but you are not of the world. Negativity and darkness are of this world. Light is of the kingdom of Heaven,  God, Truth, Reality -- this is your true home. As spiritual beings what we seek is freedom from the tyranny of the mind. Watch for the Light today. All love to you now and always.

July 1 Happy Birthday Month

Happy July Birthdays! July 1 is the day my little sister was born. Christmas day is the day she left this earth. She was  42. So July is a special month for me to celebrate birthdays. Much love as always.
