Please find a comfortable position and relax as we embark upon a journey together following the course of these lessons. Remember we are not traveling alone! The angels are here, guiding us in their clear and simple way.


Throughout time, teachers and saints, poets and angels, mystics and musicians have taught through story and parable. Storytelling is a simple and effective way to teach children of any age. When you hear a story you are free to gather your own meaning from it, according to your own level of understanding. The story simply plants a seed that grows and evolves as you do.

    Think of these lessons as stories that are planting seeds of transformation within you. The best way to listen to stories is when you are relaxed and comfortable, so please put aside any problems and worries. You can always return to them later if you like. If problems and worries persist, let them be. Just continue reading, noticing whatever arises within your consciousness. Cares and concerns will naturally dissolve as you imbibe the deeper meaning of the words.

    So relax. Allow your gaze to soften upon these words. Take a deep breath and let it go. Breathe in peace and breathe out tension. Be calm. Be still. Focus on breath. Notice how breath happens. Breath just happens. Whether you are awake or asleep, breath happens. Effortlessly. Notice that you are not really breathing—you are being breathed.
   
You can follow the gentle rhythmic flow of breath into deep relaxation and even deeper into imagination. Go as deeply as imagination allows you to go today. Every moment is different from the next. The places you travel and the lessons you learn today may be different from another day, another moment. You are constantly growing, evolving, and becoming, so allow yourself to be open to the present moment. Just breathe…and imagine….

IMAGINE!

    Imagine a time before time, before creation, before angels, before you existed as you. Be still and move into this time before time. Move into a stillness so vast and deep, not a wave or a ripple can be heard. Indeed, there is no one to hear anything. There is only the silence of potentiality, existing in nonexistence.
    Go deep into timelessness—before universes, before earth, before you. Imagine the first breath of God: pure potentiality, manifesting itself from out of the silence. Imagine the spontaneous joy and wonder of God’s delight in being welling up and spilling out as glorious, shimmering angels, dancing and singing the praises of God. Imagine the unfolding of stars, planets, and universes glowing and shining in timelessness.
