CD for those in Europe

You do not have to send a stamped envelope. Just send an envelope with your address on it, suitable for returning a CD. I will pay for postage...since some of you have been asking, and it is not possible for you to buy USA postage. This is for the School Song, of course, maybe with a surprise song or two!

This Moment
Just sitting here
Hearing the soft melody of music that plays in the background
Seeing a fly sitting in front of me at the edge of a chair
Hearing a raven call out
Seeing the red leaves from the tree in front of my balcony
Feeling the hot sun on my naked feet
Enjoying the stillness within me
The soft coloured rose quarz and the big pyrite
that enrich me with their presence
The beautiful Aloe plant gifted to me
The colored blooming flowers waving soft in the wind
Blue cloudless sky
Such a full rich Moment

Gifts

Remember to send me your self-addressed hopefully stamped envelope to receive a copy of the CD with the School Song, I Love Being Me! Some of you still have not done that. Hmm. Even when something beautiful is freely offered to you, do you make the effort to receive it? Are you open to receiving the gifts that come to you?

hello happy every ONE!

yes, I have discovered here in OUR SCHOOL that only ONE can be happy. I always thought "I" had to be happy, the little "me"---and I am learning that there is something beyond the "me"--a super me! A me that rocks with glee--as our new school song says. More and more I feel like I am a child swinging on a swing from a tree, high above my troubles--I used to think I was every trouble. The School is helping me to observe myself and my problems from a new level. I can't really explain it. I used to let my negative thoughts take control of me. More and more I can just watch them like I am watching a bad movie, even when I am unable to walk out of the movie. But you know what? The other day my thoughts were creating a bad movie for me and I WAS able to walk out. I literally took a long walk instead of letting the thoughts control me. I love you all even if I never see you in real life, I see you here, I see you inside of me! Your fellow classmate, Kevin

Be Kind

Hello Dear Students, some of you may know I also keep an updated blog on my website, in addition to a new message each month. Here is one of my most recent blogs. I happen to like it and think all of us can benefit from its message

Just Be Kind

Posted at 01:33 AM on April 30, 2010

There are so many ways to be kind -- to animals, to the earth and forests, to each other, and to ourself. The darkness of ego is always quick to leap to the sarcastic remark, the bitter reply, the angry retort, the thoughtless accusation. You can turn from unkindness to kindness. Choose a kind act or word to perform each day, something out of the ordinary for you. This will increase your awareness of kindness and expand your heart. Try it for at least seven days and see what happens. Better yet, try it for a month or a year.

Dear classmates, dear teacher
I am a very good clarinette student. My teacher agreed with this statement ( because it is so ). This morning I woke up with the tought: I never can play clarinette again. The fear that came with it was: what happens, when I stay beeing a very good student ? What, when I do it always right ? What is then going to happen? I am so used to make mistakes and beeing an average student, and to apolagize for beeing not so good, for making mistakes. Isn't it strange ? Why can't I just be a very good student ?
Thank you all for listening to the pain I am in right now.
Love to you
Monika

YES! I LOVE BEING ME!

Good news! The song is ready for you!

SLEEP

Hello Dear Students, While it is true you are not the body, your body is the home of your spirit. Your spirit is happiest when it lives in a happy home. Good sleep is vital to a happy home! So give yourself time to sleep, to rest, to do all the deep healing work that happens during deep sleep. Here are some ideas to help you give yourself permission to enjoy a peaceful sleep.

hey Monika,

I like your new photo, you peeking out from behind the tree. It suits you!

Dear Students

Here is a poem I wrote which relates gratitude for the body as a means to happiness and freedom from the cycle of karma. Just click below to read it.

Happy Easter, Happy Passover & much more

Our school is a school where all faiths may come together in One Faith. There are many paths and only One destination. Recently I received one of those emails from a Christian friend that is essentially a hate email....although people like that really have no idea they are sending hate emails. It was about how there are too many mosques in Europe and the Muslims will take over the world. I really didn't read it. There is never any need to fill our minds up with other people's dramas and negativities. Our only goal is to stay focused on Truth, to walk our own path with integrity. And so today, whoever you are, whatever your religion, I honor your way. I honor the way of Truth.

The School Song & more

For those of you who have asked recently, no, the school song is not yet ready. Bear with me while I learn the new technology! I am hoping to create an mp3 that I can send over the internet...which would be the simplest! It really is a lovely song! We are lucky to have a professional songwriter as a classmate! I thought I would share one of my recent poems with you...or maybe two....

Hello dear Linda,
very welcome in our classroom. Good to see you here. (I hope the post will be okay, when I type it, there are only very big letters). All the best to you, Monika

The Real Me

Hi Students! Here is our new school song, The Real Me. It sounds great sung! It was written by your classmate, Hirth. Soon as he can get it recorded, I will figure out a way for you to get a copy. I think it will work best if you just send me an enclosed stamped self-addressed envelope. There will be no charge for students, though, of course, donations are always welcome. Click below to see the song

Indira, I appreciate your poetry blog. There is so much Truth in your words. I especially like THE RIVER the little story of a little girl who sees TRUTH where others do not. I bet that it comes from your own childhood experience, about the way you saw light and dark. I love the lessons and I also get lessons from your poetry. Thank you. I am also spending time being aware of my thought self. This is an amazing process---because I realize that I mostly live in these thoughts and only sometimes catch a glimpse of who I might be between the thoughts, but the thoughts are so thick! I will keep you & the Classroom updated on my progress, and I hope to hear how it goes for each of you on your spiritual journey. I am glad to share the process with each of you. Your loving classmate, Kevin

Hi Classmates & Welcome Terri!

Haven't been here in awhile, I forgot how to get back into the classroom! I wanted to give a BIG WELCOME to Terri! The classroom is a great place to hang out, Terri....a place to hang out with Truth. I missed it when I was away. And wanted to say how much I like my latest lesson 20. They just keep getting better....or maybe I keep getting more open. Also, all my work on thoughts is really helping. I still seem to have as many thoughts, but I am not believing in all of them to the same degree I was. Thanks a million!

Ist Class Students

Please be aware that I added some paragraphs to the end of your last lesson, Lesson 20.  I woke up to a brand new day and the angels nudged me and said....you forgot something! So, there you are!

Welcome Terri!

It is so wonderful to have your warm and open presence here in the Open Classroom. Each student adds another element of wholeness to the School.

Hello Terri,
it seems that you are new here ? Wellcome. Nice to meet you here. I am not familiar with this name. Is it male or female ? I am Monika and I am from Mainz, Germany and I am since one year happy to be part of this class.
