Be where your body is. Know that you are reading these words. Observe your mind wandering away into daydreams and nightmares. Bring yourself back to this moment. Be where your body is.
  This is the todays message.  I find it not so easy. Espessially I am doing this exercise when I am playing clarinet. And when I am really there where my body is (feel my fingers on the clarinet and just be where I am) it is a wonderfull playing full of joy and oneness. But this lasts only a short time before my mind is wandering again. And then again I bring myself back to the place where I am. And then the game starts again and so on...
