Guided by Higher Intuition


Throughout your day, take time to be aware of your breath. If you notice that any unpleasant emotion has crept into your psyche, meet the sensation with intelligence. Stop everything and give it your full attention. Ask, “Why is this feeling here? Does it have a message for me? Is it an old habit, unrelated to the present moment? What can I learn from this?” When you meet any situation with calm intelligence, it looses its power over you. -From your lesson, "Guided by Higher Intuition"
