NOTICE YOUR REACTIONS!
Be a scientist of your own self. Dispassionately observe your reactions. In this way you come to understand yourself. When a scientist mixes certain chemicals together, the scientist cannot create a reaction that is not inherent in the chemicals. The scientist can observe the reactions of one chemical with another and thereby learn something. Be like a scientist. Notice your reactions. Learn from what you observe.
