Walnuts and Cherries

Do you know that w walnuts   and c cherries  both contain significant amounts of melatonin which can help with sleep, and are also a good source of antioxidants? Eating walnuts and cherries with yogurt is a beneficial evening snack. Frozen cherries are often available, even when there are no fresh ones.

  1. I will give this a try. I can always use a better sleep. A school that looks out for my physical sleep and helps wake me from my spiritual sleep. That's a lot to receive!
