PRACTICE REVERENCE

I am posting the daily messages here, also, at least for awhile....because these are such important reminders for living a life of true and profound reverence....but I will add more to them here in your classroom. Please, as students of the school, be sure to show up here and read these messages. If you want to experience deep inner transformation, you must show up and do the work.

Reverence: deep respect for someone or something, awe, wonder, love.
Reverence combines profound respect with love or devotion.

Let's practice the discipline of reverence. Each day for awhile I will post reminders to live your life with reverence.  This requires living with awareness, which is what we strive for in our school. You may not be walking down the halls of a school with other students, but you are walking with other students in the great schoolroom of earth, and you are connected with each and every student in The Clear and Simple Way School. We are creating an energy together. As you uplift your energy, you uplift the energy of the entire school and everyone in it. Why? Because actually all there is, is energy.

Practice living with reverence. Start by being aware of your physical body. Right now. Become aware of the position of your body and the look on your face. Is there stress? A bad mood? A scowl on your face? Tension in your shoulders? Turn the moment into one of reverence by allowing relaxation and peace to enter your body and mind. Experience the wonder of spirit being here now in your body. Feel yourself as light and serene. Your experience of being here now can become light and free the moment you turn your attention to the present moment of being here now light and free. Turn the moment into one of reverence. Practice this as many times a day as you need to, to be here now light, relaxed, and happy.
