Hi Everyone, I have returned to L.A. , just in time to miss the east coast earthquake that was felt even in Jamestown. Here's some news. Because I was in New York State, with my aging parents, we had to postpone the Los Angeles Seminar. It will now be held October 29 - 30, same time, same place - that's in Los Feliz.
Some of you are on holidays, so the classroom is a little empty. Of course, it is never really as empty as it looks, since so many of you sit waaay in the back and never raise your hand. Though you never do have to raise your hand to speak here...just let your fingers dance across the computer keys. This is an excellent place to share your spiritual journey. You are never writing alone when you write here. Right now I am writing to a whole classroom of you, even though it seems like I am sitting alone at my desk.
My little dog is outside for an early morning playtime - in the enclosed yard. Her best part of waking up is her morning treat. All over the world, people are waking up....or taking an afternoon siesta.....or going to bed.....depending on what time zone you are in. Sometimes we want a more exciting life....in a different place...and yet, no matter what kind of life we have, in a mansion or a tree house, we must all follow the simple habits of life, waking up, drinking water, communicating with others, and eventually going to sleep.
Speaking of sleep, I didn't write a message last night, since I was sooo sleepy after working late...so I will do that now. And since I was writing about sleep, I will write that kind of a message. Okay, I just wrote it and sent it out. Now, off to the rest of my day. My next step is tea and yoga.
welcome back!!! it's wonderful to know you're in the same city again.
ReplyDeleteI love your posts ,have been doing exercises in colors, have been on past journeys doing pain recoveries.
but the most important thing for me is being aware.Thank you Indira!!!!
Thanks for sharing what's going on with you, Ursula. And thanks for the "map painting" card by the artist, rachel ann austin. It's very interesting and one can keep looking at it and see different perspectives in it. Really unique. Well, soon I will be in your country once again...Sept. 18. Fresh mountain air and the lake, Zug.
