SPIRITUAL JOURNALING

Spiritual journaling is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Your open classroom offers you a perfect space for this, just in case you don't like journaling alone. I, myself, do not happen to enjoy journaling all alone. Even if no one ever reads what I write, I like writing with the idea that I am writing to someone, even if that "someone" is only the angels. Writing here in the classroom I never feel alone. I always sense all of you here. Even if I happen to know that you are someone who rarely stops by here, I still "see" you here. Visual images and energetic patterns of each of you appear to me. I feel and sense your energy.

Spontaneous writing is revealing and healing. By spontaneous I mean writing without editing. That is the way I write the lessons. I keep my fingers moving on the keys or pencil and do not let my mind interfere. I WATCH my mind. I see what it thinks. And I stay in my heart. I write from the beautiful heart of the angels. In this way I learn about the mind while imbibing more and more angelic energy.

Angelic energy is the same as your own heart. It is that mystical beautiful force we call God or Truth. The more I write, the more I learn. The more I learn, the more I live in and from my heart. The world goes on with its petty disturbances. My ego continues to try and exert control. And I continue to move further from that pettiness and control, towards the great light of Understanding. For this I am eternally grateful.

I added the photo below just because I like it. I like honoring our elders. In fact, we are all moving towards becoming elders. You, as a student of the school, are moving not just towards becoming older, but becoming a Wise Elder!

  2. The outer journey is traveled with the mind. Traveling with the mind means learning a lot of useless things that are not true anyway, and then living as though they are. Things of the mind pass away with time.

Wisdom is older than time. The wisdom of the heart cannot be learned, it can only be revealed. The wisdom of the heart manifests as a deep inner knowing; a feeling; a conviction that cannot be disputed.
