A Little Ice Sculpture Fantasy

Picture a group of ice sculptures. Now imagine that these sculptures are given sentience. Before long, they begin to base their importance upon their appearance. The more elaborate ones become puffed-up with grandeur and the plainer sculptures develop poor self-concepts. They forget their existence belongs not to them, but to the sculptor. They forget that when the warm rays of the sun caress them, they all melt equally, returning to the water from whence they came.
