It’s Plain that to Complain = Pain
Do you realize how exhausting it is to Complain?
To you, as well as the person to whom you are
complaining.
COMPLAINING: Is pain. Never has solutions.
Perpetuates problems. Fuels ego to continue
its false existence.
Next time you complain, or listen to someone
complain, notice what it does to you. Notice
what happens in your body. In your head.
Notice the pain it causes. Complaining is not
an attempt to understand or heal. It is mechanical,
pointless, and fruitless.
All you can share is your own state of being.
Be aware of what you are sharing, what you are
putting out into the world. Endless complaining is
a burden.
Paining Complaining:
1. You call someone on the phone or sit down
for coffee, and whine and complain about your life,
with no compassion for the other person. That
person doesn’t exist for you. A complaining,
paining ego has room only for itself.
2. You walk around with a complaining, paining
mind, with no compassion for your own sweet
soul that longs to grow, to be nurtured with Truth
and Love, which are synonymous.
P.S. if you do complain, do so with great
enthusiasm and awareness. Let it blow through you
like a wind, leaving nothing behind, no residue, no
anger, no bitterness, no sense of being a victim.
Watch yourself complain and let it reveal yourself to yourself.
