In honor of St. Patrick who it is said drove the snakes out of Ireland on the day of March 17, I've changed our classroom decor to shamrocks, and posted a Celtic Prayer, an angelic version, along with the mighty wish that all the snakes (negative thoughts and feelings) also be driven out of you. Just say NO! Say no in a very powerful way when darkness comes knocking on the door of you mind. Say NO! You may not enter here. You have no right here. You have no right at all.
Green is the color of the heart chakra, the color of spring, of healing energy, so may you experience it in full force within you, surrounding you with life-giving strength.

I remember it from before, but I can see it is much changed, though I also liked the last one. I will try the intuition exercise this weekend. I am looking forward to it, and to where my intuition leads me. I did try that exercise long ago, so I am excited to see what happens new and in the present moment.

It is also possible to follow intuition in our daily life, no matter what we are doing. The exercise is to give the experience of consciously allowing -- or giving oneself the opportunity to experience -- following intuition, which can open you up to intuition in a new way. The important point is to relax, relax, relax, relax. Tension gets in they way of intuition. It gets in the way of everything. The more relaxed we are, the more trusting we are -- of God and angels -- or our own heart.
ReplyDeleteSo relax your way right into intuition. Each time you notice you are tense, return yourself to soft gentle relaxation. You can relax your way right into heaven. Because heaven is not a place. It is a state. A state of being. Being.

Thank you for this reminder and explanation that intuition can be followed each moment in my daily life. This is perfect! And just what I need to hear at the start of another day. When I think about it, I see it is true--relaxation is so necessary to following higher guidance.
