Awake or Asleep?

Well, it is 4 am in Germany, and I have been awake since 3 am, while the rest of the world (at least on this side of the ocean) sleeps. On the other side of the ocean, people are awake in the sunlight. Wherever we are, we should strive to wake up. To do this, we must first realize that we are asleep -- that we live our lives unaware and unconscious. You can't wake up until you realize you are asleep.

  5. I didn't know you grew up in the mountains, Eva. How nice discovering something new about you. I am touched to read your experience--and Ursula's--of the angels of mountains. Thank you for telling something about your soul connection to nature and the mountains, both of you.

It was lovely seeing you in Mainz, Eva!

And Penny is the classroom doggie. Right now she is sleeping after a long train ride here, a walk near the lake in the sun, and dinner. Perfect time for doggie napping.
