Happiness

I am busy writing a new lesson for the students who first began the lessons. It is called Happiness, and all of you shall read it, if you continue long enough in your school. It is Lesson 67. Often I am amazed that I have written so many lessons by now. And that I can still write more. We can't hear words of truth and inspiration enough. We need to hear words of wisdom often--because we are so unconscious. And we hear the words of the world all day long. The world is always trying to convince us that we need to be more of what the world wants us to be. You are not here to be the image on some magazine cover. You are here to be the image of God. You are here to shine in your own unique beautiful way. You are here to know that you are the light and the light is good and the light is your true nature. So at least for today give yourself permission to shine. Radiate. You have the right to be here. Just as you are. I love you more than you can ever know.

I love our new lesson-it gives me a new perspective
to think about happiness and what it actually means.
Today in my yoga class I was totally aware of how yoga makes me happy.

  2. Hi Ursula, Thanks, I like that lesson too. I have read it many times by now. I am my own best student. LOL.

Monika also said she wanted to post this about that lesson, but somehow ran into problems. Hopefully those problems are fixed. This is what Monika wanted to post: "Thank you Judy for this relaxing, peace bringing new lesson."

I loved reading all the lessons I sent this month. I was reading over Lesson 4, which was so many years ago now--and it was interesting to read that one, and then the latest lesson.

Ursula, I left you a voice message on you phone. I think you did not receive it, right?

I like this new classroom look too. It feels like being at home, a home from a long time ago. I like the colors. soft and inviting. I will keep it till I get tired of it and need a change.

Thanks for writing, Ursula...and Monika. It is one thing to write all these lessons, and another to get a response from a real person who is reading and benefiting from them.

I just made a reservation to fly east on June 15. It will be goodbye LA for awhile. It sure is hot here! Blazing hot, even now at 9 at night, it is hot. Well, time for a walk with Penny. It is too hot to walk during the day..

All love, good night, and sweet dreams...
