I was gone for one week to France. Now back, I see so many posts here. I have not taken the time to read them all. The picture of the tree touches me very much. A friend gave me a camera and I found out that my major focus on taking pictures were trees, or parts of trees. I feel so much frienship for trees.
Liebe Monika.I love that you say -you feel so much friendship for trees.so beautiful said. In our school back in switzerland we had a teacher who told us to look carefully when we see trees and imagine how old they were and what we exactly see.It was a game but stayed with me my whole life and I still look at trees the same way. This beautiful tree is south carolina found a perfect place to be and stretch out.I would love to spend some time there.Have a great day.ursula
When I was a child, our art teacher told us to really look at trees and see all the colors in them -- that the trunks were not really all black. He was right! He taught us to paint all the colors we saw.
And, yes, this tree had room to spread its wings and grow. I think it encourages us to also spread our wings and grow. As the angels say, You can take up all the space you need!

Since we are communicating about trees, I changed the theme to a forest.
