Nourishing Drink

This is especially good for stomach problems, aiding digestion, and reducing inflamation:

Turmeric Almond or Coconut Milk Recipe 

Ingredients:

2 cups of  organic almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a light boil, reduce heat.
Strain out any large particles.

Add Tablespoon of honey.

Drink warm. If possible
You may also consume this chilled, but warm is best.
