Welcome Tanya!

I noticed your new picture, so wanted to be the first to WELCOME you to the open classroom. Have fun here. It's a great place to visit when you can't sleep at night--someone on the other side of the world is always awake. I like that about the classroom--that there are students from across the ocean who are coming here when I am sleeping. Speaking of sleeping, I hope I am waking up more and more here in school. Sometimes it feels like it. Other times I am sure I am still fast asleep, dreaming I am real. I remain grateful for the school. Even if I haven't been here for a while to write.

  3. Hi Monika, Nice to see you here, from the other side of the world. Nice to see myself here, from this side of the world!

I love that the newest lesson for ALL of us is Lesson One. What a fantastic beginning for the New Year. I like the surprise of getting Lesson One again. Feeling like a new student.

The relationship with the School is my most important relationship. When other relationships fail, I always have the school to turn to. The school never fails me. Though I often fail myself.

This first lesson is a reminder of the ways I fail myself when I do not show up for myself on my spiritual path. I like the reminder that when I take a step towards Truth, Truth takes a step towards me. My resolution for 2014 is to participate more fully in my school, to be an asset to other students, especially those who are just beginning. What's important isn't what someone else does. It is what I do.

Thanks for showing up here everyone.
