If you live in the Los Angeles area, consider coming to the retreat in Altadena. I especially like the backyard garden, secluded from view. Students of the school receive $10.00 off -- or if you attended the East Coast Retreat, same thing.
The cost is $160 and this includes organic vegetarian meals, tea, and snacks. I will also be leading Qigong exercises in the backyard (unless it is too hot, in which case, we can be indoors). I am a certified level one Qigong teacher. I love the slow meditative movement of Qigong.
