Hi Everyone, I am sitting in an old country farm house here in Amish Country. Just fields and farms and sunny skies. It is very peaceful and quiet after the busy noisy city of Los Angeles. The flight was smooth. My muscles need resting though, especially because I carried my 13 pound dog in a carrier (she was stowed beneath my seat) and my backpack with laptop. That's heavy! Especially because I had a long walk through the airport in LAX, and a really long walk in Las Vegas to the next gate. I am here though. Tonight I will go to a Tai Chi class and work off some jet lag. Love to you.
Come! Share the journey. You are not alone. The angels are here. Your classmates are here. Your teacher is here. You are here.

New York State in May

Dear Judy,
ReplyDeleteI love to read your traveling notes.
Thank you! They are so nice! Especially since I have beautiful memories to associate with the greater areas you have been writing from lately.
And I just realize, that these memories are not like wishing myself back to that time but just enjoying the places I have seen. Re-enjoying, really.
I am glad to notice this, now - because it has been a lot of wishing-away-from-now until now.
I am happy now. :-)
Have a rest and then have a beautiful slow time in Amish County.
Love, Petra
Hi Petra, my traveling notes stopped, because of computer and internet issues, but all that is taken care of now.
ReplyDeleteSo, does your comment mean you have been to New York State? I am in Jamestown, New York now. Everything is lush and green and the flowers are blossoming everywhere. It's not as slow as Amish country with their horses and buggies, but still lots slower than Los Angeles.
Yes, it's nice to enjoy happy memories. Nice to make them too.
Love,
Judy
Home, Sweet Home. xo
ReplyDeleteThanks for the pretty violet flowers. That is my favorite color. I have a shirt that color.
