First you must know
the enemy.
The enemy has many
names. Listen!
I will tell you some: unhappiness,
anger, pride, jealousy, sloth, envy,
evil, lust, hatred,
fear, greed, lies,
apathy, negativity,
hostility, anxiety,
revenge, depression, deceit,
doubt, despair,
and darkness.
Do not make friends
with the enemy!
Do not invite your
enemies in for tea!
Escort them out the
door
and
live free!
