I wish for you the way of the water lily 

that grows through the mud of the swamp towards the light of the SUN.

no matter what happens to you in this world,

no matter how cold the world may seem,

no matter who disappoints you,

no matter the wars and tragedies,

no matter the blues, the senseless rules,

no matter how your heart may be broken

by silly fools who have forgotten truth

no matter how many times you lose your way

no matter how rocky the path

or how hig the mountain

I wish for you the way of the water lily

growing through the mud up towards the light

Light dwells within you 

when you let yourself glow 

even in the darkness, even when you lose faith, 

even when you forget who you really are,

especially then, I wish for you the way of the water lily

that grows through the darkness

and blossoms pure and white, green and bright.

I wish for you the way of the water lily

tonight especially, this auspicious night of a new year,

a new life, a new beginning of being you, the real you,

the pure and perfect you, the compassionate you, the tender you, 

the courageous you, the true you, the unique you,

you in all your glory, you without your story, just you.

The Glorious you, The God you, The Goddess you,

You in all your splendor,

"Fear not!" say the angels "For behold, we bring you glad tidings

of great joy, for within you dwells the Light."

Dearest Students, 

The peace of the angels permeates every cell of your being
singing you awake, opening your heart like a beautiful blossom.
You are safe here. You are watched over.

You are not alone. You are lovingly guided.
