living with awareness

I have been practicing living my life with awareness. It is helping me in every aspect of my life, with my job, which is important to me, as well as my relationships....mostly my relationship to myself. I am becoming less harsh and judgmental with myself. Partly this is because the more aware I am, the less mistakes I make. This allows gratitude to arise naturally within me....gratitude for the Awareness that keeps me safe and guides me every moment. I find that when I neglect my lessons that I go back to my old, unaware ways. It is so easy to fall back to sleep. The more I read the lessons and do my homework, the more awake, alert, and happier I feel. Have a great time in Switzerland and Germany Indira! I hope those people know how fortunate they are to have your presence there with them.

  1. Awareness is the first and foremost teaching of the school. What we are not aware of controls us. When we become aware of something, it begins to lose control over us. Conscious Awareness is everything. It is divine intelligence.

  2. I am one of these very, very fortunate people who could enjoy the presence of Judy here in Switzerland! It was - once more - an incredibly wonderful gift!

Thank you, Judy, so much for everything. I cannot really express how thankful I am for your work and all your efforts, for the loving seminar and your time here! - for having met you and for being in my life as my spiritual teacher and friend!
