Coconut!

Dear Students, do you know that coconut is good for your body? Coconut oil is excellent for sauteing your food (angel students never ever fry, right? Because we don't want all those unhappy oxidants entering our lovely bodies!) Coconut butter is also healthy. And you can eat fresh coconuts and drink the milk. You can also use coconut oil or butter as a beauty product for skin and hair.

Here are just a few of the potential health benefits of eating coconut on a regular basis:
• Lower risk of developing heart disease
• Help prevent bacterial, yeast, fungal and viral infections
• Help regulate your blood sugar and prevent or control diabetes
• Help keep your skin smooth and soft
• Improve your energy.

  3. You are both very welcome. I have been eating coconut butter...which is richer than coconut oil...delicious. I use coconut oil for cooking, since it can heat to higher temperatures safely. And today I bought a tender young coconut from the store.
