  4. Thank you the warm and welcoming comments from everyone. I hope to be like a colorful songbird some day! lol! I gave myself the name of BirdSong after I saw where Indira mentioned we could do that! Mary is my real first name, and Watters is my real last name. I live in Oklahoma and I have some Native American blood in me, and even more native american “spirit” in me. :-)

The little song birds, at my birdfeeder, were some of my very first teachers where I learned to see the beauty and gentleness of the Creator. I grew up in a very strict religion that taught only about the anger and wrath of God, so I had a lot of unlearning to do, and the sparrows awakened me to a new way of seeing the Creator, so in my heart, the little birds and their beautiful songs are like sacred, feathery teachers. :-)

I am so grateful that Indira created this school for all of us. After reading about Indira’s school on her website, where she talks about times when you feel you are losing heart in this strange world... I thought “I really need a school with this kind of support right now... a loving, uplifting, angelic place to come to so I can work on myself and enjoy the fellowship of other students who are doing the same thing.”

Here are the words from Indira’s website that I am talking about: "when you are losing heart or sinking into negative thinking, Reading even a few sentences is beneficial. This allows the false conditioning of the mind to be replaced with truth and connects you with the transforming healing energy of the angels."

I am wanting to work towards becoming more aware of my negative beliefs, and hopefully learn to release my negative beliefs and replace them with the truth. I love that we have the angels help in all this. Thank you to you all my other classmates :-), for being open enough to come here and share. I am enrolled in the upcoming class for January 8th, so I am not in the schoolroom yet, just the open classroom.

    Love,
    Mary

  5. Welcome, Mary. We have people from many walks of life here. My mother's family was Basque. I once wrote a song called, Listen To The Birds. And thanks for the reminder of what Indira said. It's good to have another student talking in the Open Classroom (even though I, myself, don't talk here very often).

  6. Hello little bird,
    I like your energy...
and after all you wrote I believe that you can fly...
    that is wonderful.
My name is Antje and I feel very good today, I am so thankful for so much love around me, thanks for your warm song little bird Mary

and dear Judy and dear Hirth!!!
thank you so much for the wonderful meditation-cd you made together!
It is both so perfect, Judys angel voice and words and what and how you play the guitar Hirth is so beautiful and growing during the meditation, thank you so much!

During one part when I flew to the universe, I was a small but very clear or bright light and I flew back to the earth and touched the peoples hearts,
that was all, then I flew to the next person and so on, and I felt happy and free and it was like a funny game for me...
thank you for this meditation, and the best is I still go on doing that, I just have some problems with flying...
Love and light to all of you,
    Antje

  8. Hello everyone,
What a beautiful place of LOVE this open classroom is. My heart swelled with warmth and love when I read your posts.

Antje, I loved your post about flying. At night when I'm asleep, I often dream that I can fly. And the feeling of lightness, and freedom, and amazement, lingers with me after I awake. I feel as if anything is possible after those dreams of flying thru the stars with the breeze blowing my hair and gown.

Thank you for sharing your meditation. I think you are very much a bright little light touching peoples hearts. :-)

After reading your meditation, I listened to Hirth and Indira's gratitude for your body CD as I was falling asleep, and it was so beautiful and relaxing. Thank you for reminding me about it. Does anyone else here have the CD? For me, when I listen to it, Indira's voice is soothing and comforting, and Hirth's acoustic guitar accompaniment is magical. The night before last, I could feel my spirit rising up to greet each long, and lingering note as they drifted above my bed. I felt I was merging with their beautiful tones and drifting along with them to the heavens. Thank you Hirth and Indira for creating and sharing your beautiful CD. Your meditation sounded like a beautiful journey, Antje.

Hirth, I had to look up Basque on google, because I hadn't heard of the Basque peoples before. I was fascinated by what I've read so far on this link:
    http://www.angelfire.com/nt/dragon9/BASQUES.html
I love that they lived so close to the earth and to spirit. And one theory is that they are refugees from Atlantis. It mentioned that they live so high in the mountains that they have developed broad chests from living in the thin air on the mountains..... and breathing all that fresh mountain air. I would love to breath so much fresh air that it would enhance my lungs. :-) Do you know much history about your mother's family and her peoples? (If you ever make a CD with your song "listen to the birds" I'd love to buy the CD.)

Barbara, thank you for you post about my comment being like a beautiful song... your comment feels like that to me too!

Ursuka, I love your picture with your sweet little cat. I am a major cat lover too! I currently have 3 cats and 1 dog. Recently I've had as many as five cats and two dogs. I believe I could be a "cat lady" if I'm not careful.. taking in too many strays.

Monika, I love your warm and loving heart and how openly you share it with the classmates. I look so forward getting to know you and everyone else in our classroom!

Kevin, I can totally relate to what you said in an earlier post about people who talk endlessly about nothing, and that is why meeting like-minded people in this classroom is so refreshing and wonderful. It made me laugh out loud, because it felt good to read that someone else feels that way sometimes. :-)

    Love to you all,
    Mary

  9. Thank you for your lovely words, Ms. Birdsong. May your days be long and happy here! What you receive from the classroom is commensurate with the energy and effort you put into it. Some students never (hardly ever) visit here...and still the positive supportive energy of this room reaches out to them. Each student is held in a portal of love. Everytime time I write another lesson or post, I visualize each student gathering up wisdom like so many flowers to scent their journey with truth.

The more that you open yourself (the more receptive you are) to the lessons and the classroom, the more you will receive.

I know you are looking forward to your fist lesson in your Schoolroom which begins January 8th. I am sure you will benefit greatly because you have already begun to immerse yourself deeply in the teachings of the angels.

  10. Hello Indira,
Since signing up for this class, I have experienced moments where I felt soft, gentle, waves of peace flow around me and thru me. I thought it felt like angels. However I knew that I myself had not just called upon the angels. So I wondered "what just happened?", meanwhile basking in the peace I was feeling. Then a smile of knowing spread across my face as I thought, "I wonder if this is the work of Indira, calling upon the angels for her students". I dared hope "could this be true??" It seemed almost too magically wonderful to be true, but I chose to believe it was, and the joy and peace continued a few moments longer. This happened as I was driving away from downtown where I work, and out towards my lunch destination near the trees.

Then today, when I read your post Indira and you said "still the positive supportive energy of this room reaches out to them. Each student is held in a portal of love. Everytime time I write another lesson or post, I visualize each student gathering up wisdom like so many flowers to scent their journey with truth".

So it WAS you calling upon the angels for me/us that I felt that day. What a blessed teacher and friend you are on this earth, Indira. I find this to be amazing and magical.... :-)

    Love,
    Mary
